Fairmont Vancouver Airport US and International Terminal, YVR Airport, Vancouver
Type: 396 guest rooms, including Executive Club rooms and lounge, restaurant and banquet/meeting facilities.

Gleneagles Community Center Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC
Type: 24,000 sf, including full gym, exercise area, craft studios, change rooms and administrative areas. One of the first, ground-source, thermodynamically heated and cooled buildings in North America. Received the Governor General’s Award for Excellence in Architecture and Citation from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada for the 2030 Design Challenge for Sustainability.

Capilano Lands Master Plan 340-acre site at north terminus of the Lions Gate Bridge, North Vancouver, BC
Type: 20 million sf, mixed use including residential, retail, office, recreation, healthcare, educational, cultural and heritage uses. Project designed to reflect and integrate Squamish Nation culture heritage.
Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel and Resort, Phase 1 & 2 Chateau Way, Whistler, BC
Type: Phase 1 included 343 guest rooms in a 5-star, full-service resort hotel and spa, including full banquet facilities and off-site staff accommodations. Phase 2 included 225 guest rooms, including Executive Club Level rooms and lounge, as well as doubling of banquet facilities to full convention capacity.

Type: 40,000 sf of commercial office/retail space. Awarded CUI Design Award for Best Brownfield Commercial Redevelopment in Canada.
